Beta Internet FAQ
When building out a new area for service, there is a high volume of questions. Most are answered below. Please review these FAQ, before submitting an inquiry.
We have built our own wireless network right in your community! We used two different technologies – one for super fast speeds and one for penetrating trees.
Oasis broadband is now offering 100/20 Mbps Beta broadband service in the West and Central portions of Olympic Valley. In several months when our permanent fiber backhaul connection is in place, we will exit the Beta phase of our service and begin offering packages with speeds of up to 250/250 Mbps in the West end of Olympic Valley. The central portion of Olympic Valley will be able to access packages with speeds up to 200/200 Mbps toward the end of the year. Phase 2 of the project where we bring service to the East end of Olympic Valley will begin construction shortly after we exit our initial Beta period in Western and Central Olympic Valley. Over time, faster and faster packages will be offered in all areas. Eventually, we will be able to provide Gigabit service to all of Olympic Valley through this network.

First, let us know as soon as possible if you’re not happy with the service. 99% of the time we can fix initial problems, and once the service exits Beta mode the service will be extremely robust from the very first day of installation. If we’re not able to fix the problem for any reason (which is very unlikely), or you just decide you don’t want the service, you have a 30 day, no questions asked, money-back guarantee which covers all costs except any tree climbing fees incurred.
